Laura Anderson’s story ‘The Advocate’ was selected for inclusion in the innovative Echoes of the City project, and interactive location-based story experience in Scotland.

Laura is one of 15 writers who won the opportunity to have a story included in Echoes of the City: Edinburgh’s Hidden Stories. Using Podwalk, people will be able to follow a map around Edinburgh that leads them to special locations in the city, where they can listen to a short story being read out.

The tale of a drunken young woman who stumbles across an ancient spirit in Edinburgh’s old town, The Advocate is available to listen to on the Echoes of the City website, or you can read it below.
