Laura’s portfolio screenplay The Hen Do won her a place on the prestigious Talent Lab at Edinburgh International Film Festival, which provided an invaluable opportunity to learn from international film talent through workshops, masterclasses, pitching sessions, networking and talks.

The Hen Do also won two pitching awards at the Edinburgh International Film Festival.

The world of feather boas, willy straws and L-plates is distasteful to sedate history professor JUDE, but it’s bad news for her, as that’s exactly what her friends have planned for her hen-do.
